People & Performance Business Partner

 

As People & Performance (P&P) Business Partner, you will be a trusted generalist who supports and upholds our company values, policies and procedures. Reporting into the Regional P&P Manager, you will be responsible for providing high quality business partnering, coaching and people solutions to leaders across our two Western Australian sitesOur people are our business, so the ability to relate to diverse people at a variety of levels is imperative.

This role will also give you the opportunity to support our Tip Top people strategy initiatives, which includes value adding activities such as:

  • Driving high performance culture.
  • Capability for growth.
  • Industrial relations and labour management.
  • Leading high performance.
  • Safety and governance; and
  • Business transformation

About you

  • Solid Human Resource generalist experience, advising on complex ER/IR matters and bargaining of Enterprise Agreements
  • Enjoys collaborating and influencing across a variety of stakeholders at all levels, resulting in strong and positive outcomes
  • Strong business acumen with experience of directing change management initiatives
  • Excels at building and maintaining genuine relationships based on mutual trust and respect
  • You are at your best when dealing with working within a fast-paced manufacturing matrix environment
  • Thrives in a team environment and look for examples of best practice to drive pace and value of delivery.
