Change of guard in energy and resources associations
Four peak energy and resources industry associations are currently recruiting chief executives.
The associations are the Australian Petroleum Production and Exploration Association (APPEA), the Energy Supply Association of Australia (ESAA), the Australian Coal Association and the Energy Networks Association.
The CEO of APPEA, Belinda Robinson, announced her resignation on June 30, a week after appointing Rick Wilkinson to the new role of APPEA Chief Operating Officer – Eastern Australia.
The ESAA CEO, Brad Page, will leave his position next month, and John Deveraux is currently Acting Chief Executive of the Energy Networks Association until a permanent appointment is made.
Ralph Hillman, chief executive of the Coal Association will retire at the end of August.
